Job Title: Regional Sales Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Capijobnew. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the region, building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, and leading a team of sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and grow revenue in the region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including doctors, clinics, and medical teams, to promote Vitalaire services and products.
• Work closely with internal teams to develop business in the region, including new and existing clinics and doctors.
• Responsible for delivering business objectives and commitments to customers.
• Participate in the invoicing process and ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
• Update and work with customer service on patient and doctor data.
• Implement and follow up on Tender business.
Requirements:
• Bachelor or Master Degree
• At least 4 years of sales experience in medical devices or pharmaceutical environment
• Existing network in pneumology stakeholders in the region
• Fluent in Flemish, French, and English
• Customer-patient centered mindset and strong negotiation skills
• Team Player
• Energetic and driven attitude
• Result and data-driven mindset
