Job Title: Content and Services Marketing Lead
At Capijobnew, we're seeking a highly skilled Content and Services Marketing Lead to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define system solution specifications based on business requirements, market trends, and technology innovations.
• Work with the R&D team to develop solutions from definition to market launch.
• Develop and execute product launch and go-to-market plans.
• Drive regional business development and marketing promotion through close collaboration with regional sales and marketing, distributors, and customers.
• Engage with OEM customers to analyze requirements and develop business opportunities.
• Foster innovation in areas such as Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning on the edge, machine vision, voice and audio processing, wireless connectivity and security.
• Focus on industrial and IoT applications, including smart home, smart appliance, smart industrial, and smart city.
Requirements:
• Degree in electronic engineering, software engineering, or a related field.
• MBA is an advantage.
• 10+ years of experience in product marketing/management, marketing know-how, and customer communication.
• Understanding of electronics, semiconductors, microcontrollers, application processors, IoT, and industrial system applications.
• Knowledge of software algorithms, machine learning/deep learning technologies, image/video/audio processing, and more.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to interact with diverse colleagues, customers, and partners.
• Strong team-player with open-minded and inter-cultural experience.
• Highly engaged and motivated individual.
• Willingness to travel.
• Fluent in English
