Job Title: Payments Performance Strategist
Capijobnew is seeking a highly skilled Payments Performance Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our Sales Strategy and Operations department, you will play a critical role in developing and executing strategies to optimize payment performance for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead data-driven discussions with customers on optimization strategies across card network costs, acceptance, fraud, and cross-border flows.
• Act as an industry liaison, representing Stripe in conversations with issuing banks, card networks, and regulators.
• Develop and maintain relationships with authentication product owners, fraud prevention managers, and partners across the industry.
• Provide the Sales team with tools and training to lead discussions with customers and prospects.
• Closely monitor authentication performance on Stripe and support data-driven investigations into user-level issues.
Requirements:
• Strong data processing and analytical skills.
• Experience with SQL or a willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
