Join Our Team as a Customer Service Business Analyst
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Business Analyst to join our team at Capijobnew. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform research and analysis to extract critical data from our information system, focusing on customer service tools and processes.
• Analyze ambassador performance through shadowing processes to understand tool usage, complexity, and friction within the ambassador/customer journey.
• Define key programs to increase service level, customer engagement, and satisfaction, and develop appropriate monitoring tools and forward alerts.
• Identify main areas of improvement within customer service and support from customer and partner contact, and build action plans to address these areas.
• Coordinate actions with other stakeholders to deliver defined action plans and alert on project delays and potential impact on operations.
Requirements:
• Master's degree or equivalent qualification in marketing/business analytics.
• 3-5 years of experience in program management, with a good knowledge of data mining tools.
• Proficiency in Excel and program management tools.
• Experience working with Zendesk is a plus.
