Job Title: Strategic Development Manager, Design

Key Responsibilities
• Support the Project Manager in validating the Target Program, ensuring consistency with contractual requirements and compatibility with the needs of other Units involved.
• Prepare and update the Master Plan, serving as a programmatic reference document for all Functions based on order documents available at the start-up phase.
• Monitor the progress of the program, tracking production advances and programming upstream activities.
• Develop programmatic simulations on relevant issues and/or the feasibility of strategic choices.
• Collaborate with Functions to develop detailed programs and integration between Functions on critical paths.

Requirements
• Degree in Managerial or Naval Engineering.
• Previous work experience of at least 2 years in a similar role in companies operating by order.
• Excellent level of knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken. Knowledge of French/Italian is a plus.
• Ability to use Excel and good level of knowledge of SAP. Knowledge of Oracle Primavera and MS Project will be preferred.
• Personal characteristics such as flexibility, strong interpersonal skills, ability to team-working, complete problem-solving profile, economic and organizational sensitivity, result orientation.
