We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via inbound calls, chat, or email. Your primary goal will be to resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints and providing accurate, valid, and complete information.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with inquiries and potential requests via various communication channels.
• Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and providing solutions.

• Listen to customers' unique situations and acknowledge their needs.
• Exceed customer service expectations to ensure a positive experience.
Requirements:
• Native fluency in French (C2) and proficiency in English (B2).
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Patience when communicating and solving issues.
• Treat all data and personal information with confidentiality.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player.
