Job Title: Quality Management System Leader
This role is responsible for piloting the quality management system across FMT sites, creating and leading a network of experts on all QMS subjects, including documentation, data integrity, internal audits, risk management, and KPIs.
Main Responsibilities:
• Drive consistency and compliance of the Quality System by implementing internal audit plans, cross-audits between sites and operational units.
• Partner with sites and global QMS functions to create synergies, share best practices, and improve harmonization.
• Develop and implement common documents, risk management strategies, and training systems.
• Ensure data integrity for FMT sites.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in leading a Quality Management System team.
• Ability to create good human relationships, adapt quickly, and drive a team towards a common goal.
• Experience in a quality management system in the pharmaceutical industry or an ISO 9001 environment.
• Desire to work in a dynamic company where quality is a key objective, and be part of a multi-cultural team.
