Job Title: Recruiter
Employment Type: Full-time at SGF Global - fully remote in the Caribbean
Responsibilities
• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
• Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
• Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
• Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
• Account Management
• LinkedIN experience
• KPI'S Expert
• Fluent in English
Qualifications
• at least 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a staffing agency setting!
• IT Recruitment a big plus
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish - French is a huge plus!
