Work Location: Amphoe Muang Songkhla, Songkhla Province
Job Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the research and development (R&D) team for retort products, ensuring product innovation and quality improvements.
• Develop new formulations and recipes for retort products, ensuring they meet safety standards and market needs.
• Oversee the testing and development process to ensure consistency and safety of all retort products.
• Collaborate with production, quality control, and marketing teams to align product development with customer needs and company goals.
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor products to identify opportunities for innovation and product improvement.
• Manage the development timeline and ensure all projects are completed within the assigned budget and deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with relevant food safety and quality standards (GMP, HACCP, ISO, etc.).
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting in the production process to optimize quality and efficiency.
Qualifications:
• Fluent in English
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in R&D, preferably in retort or food processing industries.
• Strong knowledge of retort processing, food safety regulations, and quality control standards.
• Proven experience in managing R&D projects from concept to commercialization.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and innovate new solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other project management tools.
• Experience in international food standards and export market regulations is an advantage.
• Able to work in Amphoe Muang, Songkhla.
• Able to work on every other Saturday
