This role presents an excellent opportunity to continue gaining hands-on experience in performance marketing and analytics within a dynamic marketing environment.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive our marketing strategies forward and contribute to the success of our brand.

Platform Focus: This role will primarily focus on managing and optimizing performance primarily across LinkedIn and Google platforms.

>> Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Monitoring And Analysis
• Monitor social media channels for engagement, comments, and mentions.
• Analyze audience interactions and sentiment towards the brand or content.
• Compile reports summarizing key metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth.Utilize scheduling tools to plan and schedule posts across different channels.

Analytics Strategic Tracking
• Provide insights and observations from research findings to contribute to strategy discussions (organic and paid).
• Maintaining databases and spreadsheets containing social media and marketing data.
• Help organize and categorize data for easier analysis and reporting.
• Identifying trends and patterns in data that could impact marketing strategies.

Performance Marketing
• Analyze the effectiveness and behavior of marketing campaigns to assess their impact on performance metrics such as conversion rates, ROI, and customer acquisition costs.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaigns and improve performance based on data-driven insights.
• Assist in the planning and execution of paid advertising campaigns, including PPC, display ads, and social media ads.

>>Requirements:
• The candidate should be data-driven, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Ideally have a background of working on projects or with B2B companies in the payments, e-commerce, or technology sectors.
• It is a significant advantage if the candidate brings a background as an expert in analytics, data or performance marketing within communication or content teams or agencies.
