Bilkish Company is expanding, and we're looking for talented and motivated Telecaller Agents to join our team!
Job Responsibilities:
Handle overseas collection calls and follow up on outstanding payments.
Communicate effectively with international clients and debtors.
Maintain accurate records of calls and payments.
Provide excellent customer service while achieving collection targets.
What We're Looking For:
✅ Excellent communication skills (Multilingual is a plus!)
✅ Prior experience in collections or customer service
✅ Strong problem-solving abilities
