Receiving of all approved requested items (office supplies/assets) Tagging and scanning of new delivered goods / monitored asset Issuance of items delivered to requestor or end users.
Monitoring of assets, such as transfers, disposal, defective for replacement, etc. through Asset Management File to be consolidated daily.
Maintains record of all issued asset/items whether consumable items, or capitalize expenses.
Retrieving of procurement references of each items for transfer, and disposal for PEZA processing
Conducts inventory / spot-checking of assets of the company.
Checking of accountabilities of resigning employees for clearance purposes.
May be assigned to different sites as needed.
