Butchery Specialist required split pork carcasses and debone.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Perform precise butchery tasks including cutting, deboning, trimming, and portioning meat cuts.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the butchery area.
• Ensure meat products are stored and handled according to safety and quality regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Butchery Specialist or similar role, with a strong understanding of meat cutting and preparation techniques.
• Knowledge of meat quality, cuts, and proper handling procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items and stand for extended periods.
