We are seeking for a dedicated Regional Manager/Onsite to oversee the daily operations of our East Bay real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leasing, managing tenant relations, property maintenance. Appfolio experience preferred.
Duties
• Manage all aspects of assigned properties
• Handle leases, tenant inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate property maintenance and repairs
• Oversee property leasing and rent collection processes
• Ensure compliance with lease agreements and local regulations
• Maintain accurate property records and files
• Conduct property inspections and address any issues promptly
• Develop and implement property management plans
Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of experience in property management
• Advanced proficiency in AppFolio
• Knowledge of real estate administrative processes and procedures
• Familiarity with property leasing, contracts, and customer relationship management
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle tenant relationships effectively
• Excellent conflict management and problem-solving abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
