We are looking for a General Manager to build our office in Rwanda and expand it to 300 people by the end of 2025.
Responsibilities:
• The General Manager will have overall responsibility for performance, quality of work, and training of video annotators, as well as office management, scheduling of shifts, HR functions, accounting, procurement, and recruitment.
• The General Manager will help the company to establish a presence in Rwanda, including company registration, finding coworking and office spaces, buying equipment, etc. This role offers significant potential for growth and development.
