Job Title: Recruitment Manager

Location: Kigali (Rwanda)

Job Type: [Full-Time]

Job Overview: IGT Solutions is seeking an experienced and proactive Recruitment Manage to join our team. The Recruitment Manager will oversee the recruitment process, developing strategies to attract top talent and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role will involve collaborating with department heads to understand hiring needs, managing the recruitment team, and implementing effective recruitment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor the recruitment team, providing guidance and support in their daily activities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates.
• Screening & Interviewing: Oversee the screening process, conduct interviews, and ensure that candidates are assessed fairly and consistently.
• Offer Management: Negotiate offers and coordinate the on boarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Metrics & Reporting: Track recruitment metrics, analyse data to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, and report findings to senior management.
• Employer Branding: Enhance the company’s employer brand through various marketing initiatives and positive candidate experiences.
