We are currently looking for a Cleaning Foreperson. The duties include but are not limited to:
1. Manage and supervise a team of cleaners.
2. Plan the daily workload of cleaners
3. Weekly inspection of dormitories
4. Manage the stock of uniforms, safety equipment and cleaning supplies
5. Accompany sick/injured employees to hospital. Follow up of medical check ups and book appointments.
6. Able to speak in Hindi with migrant workers male and female.
The candidate should preferably live in the vicinity of Port-Louis, Pointe-aux-Sables. Office hours are from 7.00 to 16:30 from Monday to Friday with 30 mins lunch break and 2 tea breaks of 10 mins.
Note that the company is a manufacturing company specialising in food. Hygiene and safety is of utmost importance. The environment within the factory is completely different from another company: noise and heat are present. This job is not for the faint hearted.
