Job vacancy: Business Project Lead
By joining the team, your responsibility will be to identify, coordinate and execute strategic projects with regards to business development and customer value proposition activities in order to help the Private Wealth Management SBU achieve its strategic orientations.
In this role you will,
• Lead the execution of initiatives and projects, ensuring timely delivery and in alignment with strategic and commercial objectives;
• Coordinate with the PWM coverage team domestically and in the hubs for all strategic ambitions, and enabling initiatives;
• Collaborate with the coverage and product teams to align business development initiatives with the PWM SBU strategy
• Identify and capitalize on emerging market trends, data and opportunities, collaborating with teams to develop business strategies, enhance products, review pricing, and implement cross-selling initiatives that drive revenue.
• Develop and maintain excellent collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals, coherence across SBUs, and the anticipation of emerging business needs;
• Identify, manage and coordinate related forums critical to the success, branding and awareness of MCB Group's offerings, with a strong focus on PWM's offerings;
• Evaluate current operations implement innovative processes for continuous improvement by regularly reviewing customer feedback to enhance SBU offerings and customer experience;
• Deliver small- or medium-scale projects while working within an established program management plan;
• Design and oversee the completion of a business performance dashboard to track KPIs for informed decision-making.

We are looking for a candidate who has a minimum of
EITHER
• Degree with a focus on Management, Banking, Finance or a relevant field;
• A Master's degree or equivalent in the above as an advantage;
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field;
• One and a half year of experience in people management role;
OR
• At least 7 years of working experience in the Financial Services Sector.
