Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an ERP Coordinator at IMMOROSE in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Collaborates with business unit leaders to assess near-term and long-term ERP needs
• Plans and implements changes to support the growth of company operations
• Documents the ERP strategy and plan
• Develop & maintain procedures, processes, and other technical documentation as needed
• Support end users of ERP to ensure team is made aware of new functionalities & efficient usage of the system
• Ensure the integrity, reliability, and efficient operation of the ERP system, in conjunction with IT management
Technical & Software Skill Requirements
• Previous experience with ERP system: 1-5years
• Previous experience in a projectized work environment: 1-5years
• Previous experience with SSRS, MS SQL: 1-5years
• Microsoft Office specifically Outlook, Word and Excel
