Job Purpose:

To maximise commercial key accounts performance, in line with Company objectives and strategy, working as part of the Buildezee sales team to drive product proposition to Developers, Professionals/Specifiers, Main Contractors, Sub-Contractors and Specialist Distributors to develop customer satisfaction and to facilitate specification vs order closure.

Qualifications:
• National Diploma/ Degree in Construction/building disciplines
• Good working knowledge of current design packages e.g. AutoCAD
• Driver licence

Specific Work Experience & Skills:
• Proven technical expert within their field - experienced architectural technician, building services engineer would be advantageous
• A total of 5 years of experience , and at least 2 years in sales role
• Successful promotion of engineered solutions /specifications
• Engineering perspective with ability to identify innovative solutions

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and develop sustainable and profitable customer relationships, deliver commercial KPIs (volume, mix, price, market penetration) and communicate/embed value proposition to internal and external stakeholders
• To maximise specification performance, in line with company objectives and strategy, working as part of the Buildezee sales team to drive product proposition to develop customer satisfaction and to facilitate specification vs order closure
• Maximise market advantage, through a strong focus on SD’s and contractors, end user requirements, customers sales teams and customer relationship management, to maximise market advantage
• Develop and manage route to market strategy for the Specialist Distributor and Sub Contractor customer groups – and execute this strategy
• Responsibility for achievement of debt management and prompt resolution of claims within area of responsibility
