Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Training Advisor to join our team at Dalma Tech2. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training management and a proven track record of delivering high-quality training programs.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement training policies and procedures to support customer turnover.
• Provide expert advice on C4I training requirements, problem areas, and best practices.
• Collaborate with Training Specialists to monitor and support the implementation of the OJT program.
• Review and update training materials, including manuals, regulations, and checklists.
• Design and deliver formal and on-the-job training to personnel.
• Prepare and present training presentations on various subjects.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent military experience, with a minimum of 15 years of experience in training and a strong background in C4I systems. Instructor certification and desktop computer skills are also required.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working independently, prioritizing multiple tasks, and demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
