Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Salon Supervisor to oversee daily operations of our high-end salon, Russian Nails Art Salon, and lead our team to success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Daily Salon Operations: Oversee the daily activities of our salon, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Ensure High Standards of Cleanliness and Client Care: Maintain a clean and organized salon environment, and ensure that our clients receive exceptional service.
• Supervise and Support Salon Staff: Train and develop our salon staff, providing guidance and support to help them succeed in their roles.
• Handle Client Inquiries and Concerns: Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Implement Salon Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of our salon.
• Maintain Inventory and Order Supplies: Manage our salon's inventory and order supplies as needed to ensure that we have everything we need to provide excellent service to our clients.
Qualifications:
• Previous Experience in a High-End Salon: We are looking for someone with previous experience working in a high-end salon or similar environment.
• Proven Leadership and Team Management Skills: Our ideal candidate will have proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire our team to succeed.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service Abilities: Our Salon Supervisor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, and will need to have excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with our team and clients.
