This is an exceptional opportunity to join Progress Personnel, a leading recruitment agency, during a period of growth and expansion.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Chief Financial Officer / Head of Financial Operations to provide strategic leadership and direction for the financial function.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure the timely reporting of all financial information, including financial statements and management accounts.
• Lead group consolidations and financial planning processes.
• Direct budgeting and forecasting activities, including cash flow management and financial modeling.
• Develop and implement new financial procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department.
• Manage bank relationships and financial risk.
• Provide training and development opportunities to new and existing staff as needed.
• Support the CEO with special projects and workflow process improvements.
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance and ideally have a minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in leading a finance team. Proven experience of organizational change management and restructuring is key to this role.
