Company Description

Massaya is a winery established in 1992 by the Ghosn brothers in partnership with French wine families that started with the blue arak bottle and that captured a sizable market share on the export markets and a distinguished positioning on the local market. Today Massaya Lebanon has three locations, the base is in Tanaïl in the Beqaa center with an off shoot on the peaks of Mount Lebanon, at Faqra with a Wine Resort developed around the white wine winery, while the main offices are in Baabda. Massaya is remodeling its administrative practices to integrate AI and a more acute sales and marketing department.

Job Description

Key responsibilities:
• Follow up with the local distributor.
• Maintain a regular presence at Faqra Boutique to monitor team and interact with customers.
• Conduct market visits.
• Monitor market pricing.
• Follow up on activation programs.
• Regular meetings to monitor progress and activations.
• Build relationships with key market players.
• Conduct staff training and motivational tactics.
• Coordinate with office in Baabda: accounting, finance, HR, IT, Legal
• Develop PR to build good brand visibility both in Off-Trade and On-Trade.
• Improve the activations programs at our wineries.
• Coordinate with the ad agency for local communication and activations.
• Manage local social media accounts.
• Pursue sales through different local platforms such as Toters.

Qualifications

Ideal candidate:
• At least 3 years of effective working experience in local sales.
• Dynamic and ambitious young person.
• Good communication skills to motivate a team within the organization and across distribution channels.
• Car transportation should be available.
• Residing within less than 40 minutes of our Faqra location.

Additional Information

This job opening is for candidates living maximum 60 minutes from Massaya Faqra.

We have an opening also for candidates living in greater Beirut for our offices at Baabda and another one for our Tanaïl operation.

Salary and conditions:
• Daily market visits.
• Weekly commuting to Faqra especially on high seasons
• Transportation costs are covered.
• Phone and laptop for efficient communication will be provided.
• Starting base salary of $1000 - $2000, depending on experience and qualifications.
• Part of the above remuneration will be based on achievements.
• Private health insurance after a period to be determined.
• 5 days a week, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM and customer flexibility is welcome
