• Point of Sale, SaaS, hospitality, restaurant software, and hardware salespeople with prior experience in sales in the area are a PLUS.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Research and set up demos, to identify potential new clients.
• Create leads and leverage our CRM (HubSpot) to nurture those deals from the first contact to sign up.
• In-person and over-the-phone prospecting, educating restaurants about our products and becoming a trusted advisor in restaurant technology.
• Hold one-on-one demonstrations for restaurant operators.
• Generate a list of prospective restaurants and manage the entire sales cycle from the initial call to close.
• Conduct demos and develop a solution that best meets the prospect’s needs.
• Partner with teams across the business to ensure that expectations set during the sales process are met in delivery.
• Cultivate relationships with restaurants in your area and understand their unique needs and pain points with current systems.
• Educate restaurants on the benefits of eatOS products and develop a solution that helps them thrive.
• Sign up restaurants to use eatOS products.
• Regularly check in on the restaurants to make sure their systems work as intended.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Point of Sale, SaaS, hospitality, restaurant software, and hardware salespeople with prior experience in sales in the space.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• A track record of closing deals.
• Someone who takes care of their prospects and clients as if they were a part of the family.
• The ability to have a conversation with a prospect, demonstrate empathy, and really understand how we can help them.
• Self-motivated, creative, and flexible with the ability to perform well under pressure.
• Experience with canvassing and cold-calling to various local businesses with evidence of success preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to negotiate and sell to every decision-making level.
A PLUS IF YOU HAVE:
• Knowledge of restaurant operations is a plus.
• Start-up experience (we love entrepreneurs!).
• Experience cold-calling and prospecting in-person leads.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
• Full/Part-time, remote, or work from the office depending on location.

• This is a work-from-office and a remote field sales opportunity, depending on your location and experience. Candidates must live local to the territory or be willing to relocate
