Are you passionate about driving business growth and creating impactful partnerships? Global Com is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying growth opportunities in the domestic market, managing key partnerships, and expanding our business footprint.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the international market to drive growth.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
· Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market reach and achieve business targets.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery to clients.
· Conduct market analysis and competitor research to stay ahead of industry trends.
· Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
· Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary to meet or exceed targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or International Business.
• International Business Processes using User Interface Design
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within a BPO or service-oriented industry.
• Strong market analysis and research skills.
• Excellent sales and negotiation abilities.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
