ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Executes various strategies to achieve sales target in promoting and selling Apple Products. Provides On-site support for software problem request.
• Demonstrates product functions and specifications and provides information on the latest pricing, availability and use of other products carried by the Branch.
• Provides exemplary Customer experience by resolving Customer inquiries, issues, complaints and requests.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• At least College Level of any Business or Service related course.
• Productive Communication and Analytical Skills. Customer Satisfaction Techniques,
• Good Negotiation and Customer Service Skills. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to be assigned at SM PUERTO PRINCESA
