Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all branch operations, including sales, customer service, and administration.
• Lead and motivate the branch team to meet and exceed performance targets.
• Develop and implement business strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Monitor branch performance and prepare reports for senior management.
• Oversee staff training and development.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• Proven experience as a Branch Manager or similar role handling heavy construction equipment
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and branch management software.
