QUALIFICATIONS:
• graduate of any Business course
• preferably with experience in Sales and appliances industry
• responsible for the overall sales and collection performance of vismin dealers.
• closely monitor sales on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis making sure that the sets target are being met.
• develop and formulate effective sales and collection strategies to meet the set performance target of vismin dealer.
• personality attends and handle extremely difficult situations particularly those relative to dealer, customers complaints, and queries.
• holds regular meeting with subordinates to discuss problems, policy procedures, and other work related matters
• submit accurate monthly sales reports and as well as competition activities.
