The position is primarily responsible in leading general operations of warehouse and its staff. Monitoring of Inbound and Outbound activities, handling the record and maintaining of inventory, advising the imports received and items exported.
Key job results shall include accurate reports of In-bound and Out-bound report, box counting prior to loading, Daily Cycle Count and inter warehouse stocks transfer including BO disposal with proper documentation.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
I. PLANNING:
• Under the supervision of Immediate Superior, performs a closely monitoring of incoming/outgoing activities
• Monitor the incoming/outgoing stocks, inter warehouse transfer, promo bundling and disposed items with proper documentation.
• Maintain a smooth and organized staging area prior to dispatching which properly checked with proper documentation
II. DOING/EXECUTION:
• Conducts a 100% Checking of in-bound based on CRR or DR and out-bound based on picklist
• Clustering and traffic of stocks for Checking
• Report in written of any incident encountered
• Conducts a Daily Cycle count with on time submission
• Perform a box counting prior to loading to trucker
• Oversee and monitors movement in Loose site. Loose site custodian
• Dispatching picklist to stockman, checking and releasing of Daily pick up receipt & Sales invoices
• Report in written of any incident encountered
• Conducts a proper orientation of new stockman on the assigned task
III. CHECKING/MONITORING:
• Counter check picklist, box count, gate pass of any items released
• Maintain the organize of clustering in staging area
• Maintain the Cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse
• Maintain inventory accuracy and perform Daily cycle count
• Follow the Good Warehouse Practice

III. SKILLS:
• Has working knowledge and experience in handling process, safety and regulations in warehousing of food related items.
• Good string interpersonal skills and the ability to work in solid team environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
• At least 2 years' work experience in Inventory and Warehousing
• Bachelor's Degree graduate
