RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Canvass & Inquire items for quotation to different supplier
• Create an updated pricelist of items
• Prioritize items to be ordered
• Place orders, track & follow-up order shipment
• Ensure that the required items have been purchased
• Receive items, records & update status monitoring of outgoing purchase orders
• Report any discrepancy of deliveries from supplier if there’s any
• Replenish stock levels
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business or any related courses
• With 1 year experience in purchasing goods for restaurant
• Excellent networking and time management skills
• Driver’s license 1,2 restriction
• Able to multi-task and prioritize
• Strong knowledge and command of general procurement practices
• Organized and keen to details
