About the role
As Warehouse & Logistics Head for Golden Century Marketing in Cagayan de Oro, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse and logistics operations for the company's distribution centre. This full-time, on-site role is critical in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our regional supply chain and delivery services.
What you'll be doing
• Manage the day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory control, and order fulfillment
• Oversee logistics planning and transportation management to optimise delivery routes and ensure on-time and accurate shipments
• Develop and implement process improvements to boost productivity, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction
• Manage a team of warehouse and logistics personnel, providing leadership, training and performance management
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety and environmental regulations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, procurement, MIS and accounting teams
• Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimisation
What we're looking for
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics or supply chain management role
• Strong background in inventory control, order fulfillment and transportation planning
• Proven track record of leading and motivating warehouse/logistics teams
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and organisational skills
• Proficient in using warehouse management and logistics software
• Thorough understanding of safety regulations and best practices in the warehousing industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field
