Job description:
• Clean the interior of buildings including floors, windows, and walls.
• Disinfect commonly used items like desks and office equipment.
• Maintain cleaning inventory, placing requests for new products when needed.
• Empty trash and recycling bins.
• Stock and maintain supply room.
• Perform minor repairs.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean and maintain restroom.
• Notify supervisors of unsafe conditions.
Qualifications:
• Knowledge of various cleaning products or equipment and when to use them.
• Preferably, with own motorcycle.
• Knowledge of safety guidelines when working with chemical cleaners.
• Excellent time-management skills.
• Must be willing to be assigned in Abellanosa St, Cagayan De Oro.
