Job Responsibilities
• Identifying and assessing a customer’s needs to ensure they are satisfied
• Recommending products or services to customers based on their needs and preferences
• Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints and providing step-by-step instructions for basic issues
• Processing requests for account activation, upgrade, renewal of subscription, and sending and clarifying details in the billing statements
Minimum Qualifications
• High school graduate or Senior high school graduate
• With or without experience. New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Previous technical background is a plus
• Above average English communication skills
• Typing speed of 25wpm
• Amenable to shifting schedules including Night Shifts
• Willing to be assigned in Cagayan de Oro (Relocation package is offered to applicants outside of CDO)
• Signing Bonus for May joiners
