What is this role about?
The role will carry out various tasks to support the operations of the plant in the areas of raw material receiving and issuance, production, product transfers and inventory management. They will also be the key personnel in terms of ground and building maintenance.
What will YOU do?
• Conduct daily tank sounding of baseoil tanks and finished product storage tanks. to account the closing and opening inventory of baseoil and finished product
• Receive flexibag delivery of baseoil and discharge to corresponding storage tanks. to ensure the sufficient inventory of baseoil
• Assist in hauling of packaging materials from LBP mezzanine to filling area to ensure the availability of packaging materials in the filling area and to avoid filling operations delay
• Assist in packaging of products in cartons, pail filling and drum filling to guarantee the daily production goal
• Assist in transfer of packed/filled products from the production line to the designated staging area to ensure accurate counting of filled products and overcrowding in the filling area
• Perform proper application of labels/stickers on cartons /packaging containers of different types and grades of lubricant. to ensure the accuracy and integrity of product labelling
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the lubricants production area to prevent incidences brought on by sloppy housekeeping
• Assist on the receiving of packaging material deliveries from suppliers. to guarantee accurate delivery counting and prompt receipt
• Assist in manual charging of raw materials in blending tanks or any other blending-related activities as necessary to guarantee that the blending activity will be completed on schedule
What will YOU need?
• At least High School Graduate
• Willing to render overtime if needed
• Willing to work during weekends
• Willing to be assigned in Mabini, Batangas
