Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in the Sales/Marketing related field
• Background in customer relationship building is preferred
• Account management experience is a big plus
• People Oriented, highly driven, and possess a must-win attitude Technology & Communication savvy.
• Must have 1,2,3 Drivers License
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for strategic relationship building and managing customers per company guidelines, procedures, and policies to increase sales, profitability, and market share.
• Acts as the Company’s point of contact for assigned accounts. Communicate changes and identify partnership opportunities with clear business outcomes.
• Develop innovative strategies for retaining clients; this includes undertaking interviews in order to get feedback and incorporate it into the growth plan
• Achieve sales target set for total accounts handled
