Job Summary:
As a Marketing Professional at Toyota Cagayan de Oro, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and enhancing the Toyota brand's presence in the local market. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that resonate with the target audience, contribute to brand awareness, and support the dealership's sales and service goals. This position requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic and process-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives that align with the dealership's objectives and Toyota brand guidelines.
• Create compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels, including digital platforms, social media, print materials, and events.
• Assist in organizing and executing promotional events, product launches, and dealership activities.
• Maintain and update the dealership's social media profiles with relevant and engaging content.
• Collect and analyze market data and customer feedback to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for improvement.
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Participate in market research activities to gather insights on customer behavior, competition, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation and customer retention efforts.
• Assist in tracking and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
