We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join the Creatio team in Indonesia, Jakarta.
Responsibilities
• Answering potential clients’ in-bound applications via different communication channels (phone calls, registrations, e-mail, chat).
• Outbound calls to potential clients from targeted segments and businesses aimed to attract them and arrange meetings with our Sales Executives.
• Presenting our company and product line to potential clients, identifying their business needs, forming interest and willingness to continue their dialogue with us.
• Keeping in touch with potential clients, providing additional information regarding our company, products, and any other information needed.
• Identifying key decision makers and gathering information about them.
• Registering contacts’ important occasions and congratulating them.
• Inviting clients to events and contacting them to update their status after these events.
Desired Skills And Experience
• Fluent in Bahasa and proficiency in English.
• Experience working with B2B clients/partners for at least 6 months.
• Phone, email, and Social Media communication skills.
• Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, with a high level of integrity and work ethic.
• It will be an advantage to understand the SaaS industry landscape, especially CRM, BPM, Low/No-Code solutions.
