Responsibilities
• Responsible for manage team performance to achieve daily and monthly targets arrange periodic meeting
• Referring to the business performance of employees, optimize the overall of telemarkting projects, including but not limited to training mechanism, e-sales process, management mechanism, etc
• Making SOP related to Telemarketing and trains TSO to ensure performance stability and compliance to existed regulation.
• Monitor, support and correct team member works to achieve daily targets.Listen to TSO recordings to ensure they deliver the expected quality
• Conduct daily and weekly group briefing and 1-1 coaching
• Monitor and optimize TSO utilization for productivity (break/lunch, call time, not ready time, etc)
• Manage TSO attendance and lateness
• Ensure team follow rules based on Code of Conduct
• Conduct project docking with outsourcing companies, such as personnel recruitment, salary settlement, etc
• Based on the status quo of employees and business, put forward effective requirements to the production and research team
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a diploma degree on any field
• Required language(s): English (Written reports and online communication), Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Experience in hiring and develop telemarketing team
• Analytical skill and problem solving skill are required for this position
