Job Advertisement: Experienced Loans Officer – Bulawayo Branch
Position: Loans Officer X 2
Location: Bulawayo, Zimbabwe
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Loans Officer to join our Bulawayo branch. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Small Medium Enterprises (SME) lending and a passion for supporting local businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive SME lending business by developing and maintaining relationships with clients.
• Utilize business development skills to identify and engage potential SME clients.
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the lending process.
• Conduct thorough credit appraisals and manage loan portfolios effectively.
• Enforce a 100% collection rate by implementing effective repayment strategies.
• Retain clients through exceptional service and support.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in SME lending and business development.
• Strong problem-solving skills related to lending challenges faced by SME clients.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Ndebele.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to be based in Bulawayo.
