Job Summary: The Supply Chain Officer will coordinate withother divisions and procure necessary goods and/or services from the localsuppliers. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Local Procurement·Coordinatewith other divisions and procure necessary goods and/or services from the localsuppliers·Developand find the most affordable supplier·Procuregoods and/or services in strictly high-level compliance with the accountingpolicyOverseasProcurement·Coordinatewith other divisions and procure necessary goods and/or services from thedesignated overseas suppliers·Find themost affordable forwarder and transport insurance company·Coordinateand manage customs clearance and delivery to the warehouseInventoryManagement·Lead thefield supporters and take monthly inventory and report to Supply Chain Leader·Lead thefield supporters and take quarterly or annual inventory and report to SupplyChain Leader·Inspectthe products on arrival with highest standards·Recordany lost or damaged item discovered during the stocktaking on a strictly timelybasisExpansion Support·Preparefor our product to be fully charged in time·Countthe stock in local warehouses and deliver the products to cover futureexpansionsOthers·Beproactive and responsive in performing any other duties and responsibilities asassigned by the Supply Chain Leader or any other member of the SeniorManagement Team Qualifications, Skills and Experience:·Theapplicant must have five years of working experience with procurement·ExcellentPC skills including, but not limited to, Excel and database·Excellentwritten and spoken communication skills in English·Abilityto work quickly and effectively under pressure·A teamplayer towards the common vision of the company·Behonest, disciplined and with integrity Desired:·Workingexperience with overseas procurement·Workingexperience with inventory management in the international FMCG company·Diplomain Procurement and Supply Chain Management or equivalent
