Job Title: Residential House Manager

Location: Abuja

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Residential House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a private household, ensuring all tasks and responsibilities are carried out with efficiency, care, and respect for family values. The ideal candidate will be firm yet empathetic, with excellent leadership skills to delegate and supervise staff effectively. They should be honest, organized, and possess a genuine commitment to maintaining a warm, orderly, and well-functioning home environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage household staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

• Coordinate daily schedules, household maintenance, and family events to ensure smooth operations.

• Delegate tasks to staff as necessary and provide clear, constructive guidance.

• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization throughout the residence.

• Oversee household budgets expenses, and inventory management.

• Act as a point of contact for external vendors and service providers, negotiating as needed.

• Ensure the safety and privacy of family members and property.

• Uphold and reinforce family values in all household matters, fostering a respectful and positive environment.
