About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Office Driver to support our daily operations at ITP Media Group in Riyadh. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing efficient and safe transportation for employees, executives, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
• Transportation Services: Provide reliable and punctual transportation for employees, executives, and visitors as required.
• Vehicle Management: Maintain and manage the company vehicle, including regular cleaning, routine maintenance, and reporting any issues or damages.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all traffic regulations and company policies, adhering to safety and security procedures while on duty.
• Logistical Support: Assist with the delivery and collection of documents, packages, and other items as needed.
• Administrative Support: Support administrative tasks such as filing and office errands when not driving.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of mileage fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
Requirements
• Driving Experience: Minimum of 2 years of driving experience, preferably in an office or corporate environment.
• Driving License: Valid Saudi Arabian driving license with a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of Riyadh: Knowledge of Riyadh's road network and traffic regulations.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Discretion and Professionalism: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Familiarity with Vehicle Maintenance: Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance and emergency procedures
