A permanent opportunity for a Contract Works Assessor has become available at National Grid Electricity Distribution in the South West, a FTSE 20 company at the heart of the countries journey to Net Zero. You will be conducting a wide range of inspections including dig & lay, overhead lines, tree work and civil activities. This role is at the forefront of ensuring a safe, efficient and affordable network for our customers by minimising avoidable variations in the original work instruction. If you are offered a position, you will be required to successfully complete a basic DBS check that shows any unspent convictions or conditional cautions.
