What are your responsibilities as a foreman in this job?
• Lead and motivate colleagues
• Coordinate and plan the work activities
• Ensure that all operations are conducted safely according to safety standards
• Communicate with project leaders and other stakeholders
• Solve technical problems and provide solutions on-site
• Report progress and any bottlenecks to project management
• Execute traditional formworks and install system formworks according to plan
• Assemble (support) scaffolding, concrete pouring and vibrating, and placement of prefabricated elements
