Looking for a sailing instructor to join the Royal British Virgin Islands Yacht Club!Key Responsibilities and TasksDeliver sailing instruction and watersports activities (sailing courses, holiday camps, regattas, funsail).Assist in preparation, organization and delivery of the RBVIYC sailing programme for youth and adult sailors.Maintenance of all the RBVIYC boats and equipmentIntroduce new programs/activitiesAssist in development of program and promotion of RBVIYC activitiesAssist in preparation, organization and delivery of fundraisingAble to work with a team and diverse communityExcellent communication and inter-personal skillsReporting to Club ManagerRequired qualifications - RYA (or equivalent) Dinghy Instructor, Power boat, 1st aid and vhf.Minimum 2 year contract.
