Job Summary:
The Surveillance employee is responsible for the daily tasks within the surveillance department to provide protection of company assets, ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, and adhere to company policy and procedures through communication of investigative results. The Surveillance employee also monitors the sports betting activities, transactions, and cash handling through the surveillance system, identifies and reports any irregularities or incidents, reviews and analyzes the surveillance footage and reports, and provides evidence and testimony as required. As surveillance employee, also communicates and collaborates with management, the gaming staff, and the law enforcement agencies, as requested, and maintains the confidentiality and security of surveillance information and records.
Education and Work Experience:
• High school diploma/ GED or equivalent experience required.
• Two (2) years of experience in the surveillance field, experience in the gaming industry preferred.
• Strong computer skills with a high focus on Excel and Word.
• Training in surveillance.
• Experience working in sportsbook or casino environment (Preferable).
• Experience with CCTV and analysis of surveillance footage.
• Strong awareness of the sports calendar and the ability to work hours dictated by the sports calendar, including nights, holidays, and weekends.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be
assigned:
• Monitor the gaming activities, transactions, and cash handling through the surveillance system, and ensure compliance with the state and federal laws, and the company policies and procedures.
• Identify, document and report any irregularities, violations, or incidents that may affect the integrity, security, or reputation of the sportsbook operations.
• Review and analyze the surveillance footage and reports, and provide evidence and testimony as required.
• Assist, when required, with performing regular checks to ensure all surveillance equipment is functioning and notify problems with the equipment as necessary and report any malfunctions or defects.
• Communicate and collaborate with the management, the gaming staff, and the law enforcement agencies on any surveillance-related matters.
• Ensure confidentiality, security and storage of surveillance information and records are maintained in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures.
• Maintain strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.
• Other relevant tasks as requested.
