Business project support
• Deliver solid metrology project results within due date by closely working with customers, peers and VHN development team
• Proactively work with development team to develop new metrology technology to meet customer requirements
Customer support
• Part of 7x24 support team for customer state of the art process development and troubleshooting, work in shift, 12 hrs shift, 2-3-3-2 run
• Support customer process qualification to secure metrology performance, including target and recipe optimization of metrology system
• Explore, understand and fulfill customer’s needs to meet customer performance requirements
