Job Description
Role responsibilities
You will be responsible for overseeing and managing all civil engineering . This role requires a strong background in project planning and implementation, civil engineering expertise, and a commitment to safety and quality.
• Project Planning and Management :
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for CHP, Township, and Building construction projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and contractors, to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Civil Engineering Expertise:
• Provide technical leadership in civil engineering aspects, including structural design, foundation, and construction methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations in all civil engineering activities.
• Review and approve engineering drawings and specifications.Construction Management
• Manage contractors and subcontractors, including procurement, performance evaluation, and contract administration.
• Monitor and control project costs and resource allocation.
• Safety and Environmental Compliance:
• Promote and enforce safety practices and environmental compliance on construction sites.
• Conduct regular safety audits and ensure that all workers follow safety protocols.
• Implement measures to minimize environmental impact during construction.
• Quality Assurance:
• Establish and enforce quality control processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality construction projects.
