Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Domestic Tour Operator at RK Destinations in New Delhi. As a Domestic Tour Operator, you will be responsible for organizing domestic tours, providing exceptional customer service, managing reservations, and promoting sales to enhance the guest experience.
Role and Responsibilities:
• Experience in Guided Tours and Travel & Tourism
• Handle bookings, cancelation and pre departure/post trip services
• Enhance travel experiences and address safety/security needs
• Hands on experience on Goa and Kashmir Tour Packages
• Should be able to handle tour operations and bookings
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Experience in sales and meet sales target by actively promoting travel packages and up selling additional services
• Knowledge of domestic tour packages
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of local attractions and destinations in India
